The Beavercreek Varsity Ice Hockey team plays their final home game of the season vs LaSalle Saturday February 7 at 9:00pm at the Kettering Rec Center on Glengarry Drive. The evening promises to be something special as the Battling Beavers go for their 20th win on the season for only the 4th time in the team’s 18 year history. Senior Jake Weideling will try to increase his all-time Beavercreek single season points record, and junior Brian Daniels will try to add to his OSHAA state record for career saves. The night is Senior Night featuring team manager Alyssa Brown, Co-Captain AC Coleman, Assistant Captain Brandon Sanders, Jake Weideling, and four-year varsity letterman Ryan Williford in their last Beavercreek home game. It’s also Alumni Night with the Alumni Game immediately following the varsity game at 11pm.

Some FANtastic fun is in store with everything you’ve come to expect at these wildly entertaining games: National Anthem singers, Chuck-A-Duck with valuable prizes, player intros w/Jack Snider, Wild Wigs, Orange Men, “The Crease” (of course), and the occasional surprise! Bring your Chuck-A-Ducks from last game for free admission and a chance to chuck them Saturday.

We’re shooting for 500+ at the game, so don’t miss what will surely be an exciting evening of thrilling Beavercreek Hockey! See you at the rink!
